Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the digital infrastructure of NodeLS (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. This platform provides specialized education focused on the node.js runtime environment, high-performance back-end patterns, and architectural discipline.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease all use of the platform and curriculum materials immediately. Your continued presence on the domain suggests an explicit agreement to maintain the integrity of our instructional systems.

Intellectual Property Rights

All curriculum content, technical blueprints, and custom-written instructional code samples are the exclusive property of NodeLS. This includes, but is not limited to, modular syllabi for mastering nodejs fundamentals, advanced scaling strategies, and memory management workshops.

Users are strictly prohibited from redistributing, commercializing, or scraping curriculum data for the purpose of creating competing instructional materials or large language model training sets without express written consent.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to view and interact with the node course descriptions and learning modules for personal educational purposes only.
